A. Yes, Essential roots is 100% plant based. Chef Rowe creates menus that are free of meat, dairy, egg, soy products, redefined sugars, additives and chemicals.

Q. Do you cater for events outside of NYC?

A.   Yes, Essential Roots is willing to travel to guest, there is a travel fee that will be included with the booking.

Q. I have dietary restrictions. What can you do for me?

A. Chef Rowe can adjust dishes to your dietary needs.
